At Nouvly, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your shipment anytime using our Track Your Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Nouvly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our support team and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
